Welcome to Ginkgo Fine Dining. By booking Ginkgo services or using our website (https://www.ginkgofinedining.com), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Ginkgo Fine Dining provides private chef services for in-home dining and events. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (if applicable).
Full payment is due [insert timeframe, e.g., 3 days] before the event date unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

5. Liability

Ginkgo Fine Dining is not liable for any issues arising from misinformation provided by the client (e.g., incorrect allergy info, address errors).
Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate space for food preparation and service.
