Join Chef Beth Fisher as she welcomes the mother-daughter team of Chef Abigail Schmitt, Owner of Ginkgo Fine Dining Experiences, and Audrey Busch, one of the Arboretum's very own horticulturists. Come to the culinary classroom to discover the ins and outs of edible blossoms. Enjoy lively conversation and amazing tastes while learning from their combined expertise on how to choose blossoms and create your own tasty dishes at home.
